Karie is the founder of Dragonfly Salon, having opened our doors in 2018. She has 25 years of experience as a stylist, and enjoys creating lived-in looks and maintaining a healthy scalp and hair. She is also a mentor in our graduate program. Outside of work Karie likes to garden, spend time with her cows, dogs, and family. She also volunteers for the American Belgian Malinois Rescue and enjoys live music.
Maddie has been at Dragonfly since 2019 and helps run things behind the scenes. You'll usually find her at the front desk since she loves interacting with clients and meeting new people. In her free time, she likes to read, crochet, paint, and spend time with her dog, friends, and family. She also loves to explore new restaurants and enjoy good food and craft beer.
Jenna has been doing hair for 16 years and is one of the mentors in our graduate program. She specializes in short cuts, curly hair, and special event hair. She absolutely loves to help make you feel like your best self! Outside of work, she likes to spends her time hanging out with her four kiddos and husband.
Jordan has been doing hair for 11 years and is one of our mentors in the graduate program. She specializes in curly hair, long and thick hair, and balayage. In her free time she enjoys cheering on her kids in sports, doing all things outdoors, spending time with her family, and is a sucker for a good movie, art, and music.

Lacey has 12 years of experience as a stylist and specializes in precision bobs, blondes, extensions, and Brazilian Blowouts. When she's not in the salon you'll find her shopping, camping, watching her kids ride dirtbikes, or making memories with friends.

Jess has been in the hair industry for 7 years and participated in our graduate program. She specializes in extensions and Brazilian Blowouts, and loves to make her clients feel confident and cared for. Outside of work, she likes to tend to her plants, hang out with her dogs, and drink coffee.

Kailey has been a stylist for 7 years and participated in our graduate program. She specializes in curly hair, special event styles and extensions, and especially loves to work with red hair. In her free time she likes to drink coffee, rewatch Harry Potter, and go to concerts.
